Meet Jennifer Whatley!

Hey Y'all!! My name is Jennifer Whatley, and I am going to be a senior Tri-Delta at Rhodes (scary...). I'm from Madison, MS but I'm spending the summer in Memphis. In this picture is my friend and Tri Delt sister Nina on the left and myself on the right. I'm a Biology major and an Environmental science minor so this summer, in addition to being a waitress, I am interning at the Wolf River Conservancy. The organization is a nonprofit landtrust that works to conserve the Wolf River right here in Memphis. I really love it and am glad for the varying internship opportunities Rhodes has (this is my second internship). Besides that, I'm gearing up for my final season on the Rhodes softball team as a captain. Even though summer has been lots of fun hanging out with other deltas in my pledge class that are in Memphis for the summer (aka my family away from home); I'm sooo ready for everyone to get back to Rhodes and to meet the freshmen. Recruitment is a blast and I'm sad it will be my last one!
